I love my work! I feel so lucky to be able to say that and to look forward to doing what I do. So here's a short version of what I do but please do ask if you want to know more, and think I may be able to help you or your employees.

Do I always get it right first time? No! Does anyone? But over 90% of the time, I believe I make a difference; a difference to someone's pain, stiffness, fear or way of being, so they can live a fuller and happier life.

Why is our self-talk often really critical? We say things to ourselves we'd never say to our best friend! Why? Well, they probably wouldn't want to be friends any more. So why is it OK to tell ourselves - that was really stupid/I'm an idiot/loser/I'm never going to make that...? The answer, of course, is, that it's not OK.
Be gentle with yourself. You're not perfect; none of us are! You make mistakes; we all do! Guess what? You're human! Love yourself for who you are, warts and all. Treat yourself like you are your best friend, and you'll begin to really appreciate what a special human you actually are 😊
